I've been helping people buy and sell real estate in Cranbrook and the East Kootenays since 2004. As Managing Broker and co-owner of CENTURY 21 Purcell Realty Ltd., I bring more than 22 years of experience in residential, commercial, agricultural and investment real estate.
Having spent much of my career managing a brokerage, negotiating transactions and working with property owners, I understand that real estate decisions involve more than simply buying or selling a property.
As a local acreage and farm owner, I also bring firsthand knowledge of rural properties, agricultural land and the unique considerations that come with owning property in the Kootenays.
